Feeling Tired and Unmotivated? Our Post Easter "Reset" will fix you up!

I cannot believe it is only 3 weeks till Easter, as I talk to friends & clients it does seem that the start to the year for many has been a bit hectic and tiring, leaving us feeling exhausted & unmotivated. So, after Easter, we're going to do a "RESET CHALLENGE" You may have heard me talking about the importance of sleep a lot lately, physical & mental relaxation are key to sustaining energy levels, reducing fatigue and enhancing creativity. As many of you know I am fascinated with staying fit & active as I age. I am really inspired by our next challenge which will incorporate hitting daily habits for health, energy and longevity.  

 

Our "RESET CHALLENGE", which will begin straight after Easter, will challenge all our BHC members to incorporate simple, but effective daily habits for a better body and mind. Combining Physical exercise with mindfulness & meditation, we look after both the body & the mind, creating an overall well-rounded routine which you will give you:     

 

  • More energy to be productive.

  • Have less sugar and junk cravings.

  • Be present for your kids (ok this is personal for me. But everyone needs to be more present in daily life)

  • And yes, you'll have a leaner body, less fat and toned muscle.

This will start after Easter school Holidays - so stay tuned for more details, and know that even if you indulge in some choc eggs over the Easter break - we will have your back ;)
